Insurance
We realize spending an extra 20 minutes in the office to provide and settle insurance details is an added burden to our patients. In order to make efficient use of your time, we will try and get as much insurance benefit information as we can once you have provided the insurance company name, address and telephone number. We are happy to submit your dental claim for you and are available to answer any questions you might have regarding your insurance coverage. Dr. Craven and Dr. Parker are Preferred Providers for most plans with Washington Dental Service, Premera Blue Cross, and Aetna.
