Beyond personal skills, Dr. Craven & Dr. Parker hire individuals who are dedicated to continuing education, and the belief that a patient's overall health begins with good oral health. Each staff member participates in continuing education, exceeding state requirements.

Our team members know special patients have special needs. Patients who are diabetic, undergoing chemotherapy or who are on medication often have health issues that need attention. Senior citizens have specific dental concerns, and pregnant or nursing mothers are at risk for oral health problems. Dr. Craven & Dr. Parker's staff is equipped to respond to your changing health needs.

Our staff doesn't try to sell our patients unnecessary dental procedures. Instead, we spend our time educating our patients about their particular dental needs and the procedures and treatment options available to them. We utilize educational videos and photos to let patients know the options available to them. We believe when patients are educated and understand their treatment options they will choose the treatment and procedures that best suit their individual needs.
